Review: Visit to a restaurant

Sushi at the heart of Valencia

Last weekend was special for me and my girlfriend. We have been five years together, and being such  a wonderful occasion a nive lunch to a special place was in orer. We did not have to think much about the place: Sushi Taste was the perfect restaurant to go.

I have always been a passionate person regarding japanese food. I know inside out every sushi restaurant and bar iin Valencia, and without any doubt Sushi Taste is the best sushi restaurant in the city.

First of all, the restaurant is placed in an excellent location, in the street Caballeros right in the middle of the old city center. If you are from Valencia, you will know the beauty of this street, full of old buildings, museums and coffe places. It is no wonder that the street is always crowded, and it has good communication by bus and metro.

Once you go inside you change from the noisy and lively street to a quiet calm of an elegant restaurant. The restaurant has two floors, and most of the tables are in the second floor while the first one is primarily used for the open kitchen and a few more tables. All personnel in the restaurant wear black clothes, and they serve you with speed and deference.

However, the strongest point of Sushi Taste and the reason why I regularly go there is because de quality of the food. They are specialized in sushi, showing a wide offer of flavours with all of the different possibilities of the japanese cuisine: sushi, sashimi, takimaki, etc. Every dish you ask is cooked and prepared at the moment, and its wonderful taste and flavour are the best you can find in the city.

Either if you are a sushi fan or if you want yo try something new, sushi home is an escellent choice which you will not regret. And who knows, maybe soon you will be even more interested in sushi than I am!!
